2022 Event

June 3 - 5, 2022

Cottonwood Flats in Guthrie, OK 73044.

Site opens Friday at 4 pm and closes Sunday at 12 pm

Spend the day and revel in classes of cooking and drinking!

There will be a Ploughman's lunch provided and a potluck feast.

Ploughman’s lunch

- Summer sausage

- Cheese ( pick of cheddar or Monterrey Jack)

- Hard boiled egg

- Fruit (variety of apples, bananas, oranges)

- Bread (assortment of rolls)

- Individually packaged nuts

Meat for potluck

- Chicken and Feta sausages (made by HE Aubrey Ericsdatter)

- BBQ pulled pork

There will be gotts of water and Gatorade on site.

HE Aubrey will also be cooking breakfast burritos for those on site early.

Site is wet in period containers

Merchants with OK sales tax documentation are welcome

Leashed pets are welcome

Division St turn left/west onto W Noble Adult Member Registration- $10

Ave / Highway 33. Travel 0.5 mi then turn Youth (0 – 17) - Free

right/north onto N 8th St. Go north for Make checks payable to SCA, Inc;
